Resolution Photomatching Terms of Service

All images referenced in our photomatching process are intended to be used for authentication purposes only. Resolution Photomatching does not have any affiliation with the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA, or any members or players within these organizations. All images referenced in our photomatching process are used only to show specific characteristics relaying authenticity information about the memorabilia being researched.    

Resolution Photomatching reserves the right to use any photos of items submitted to be photomatched in our marketing content.

Agreed upon prices are binding. Payment shall be submitted prior to work by Resolution Photomatching commencing. Clients are obligated to pay the Research Price plus the Successful ResMatch and Cert Price prior to work commencing. If at the completion of the search a conclusive photomatch cannot be made, the client will be refunded the Successful ResMatch and Cert Price that is listed on the original invoice, unless special circumstances were agreed upon in advance.

Payment shall be made directly through the credit card processor invoice sent by Resolution. In some situations a check may be accepted as an alternate form of payment, but must be explicitly approved by Resolution Photomatching.

The “Successful ResMatch and Cert Price” plus the “Research Price” shall be charged if in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching a conclusive photomatch is made. This price includes Resolution’s ResMatch Certification. The “Research Price” shall be charged if in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching a ResMatch could not be made. A “Full ResMatch” is defined as including a side-by-side photomatch image. A “Visual ResMatch” is defined as not including a side-by-side photomatch, but alternately as a visual confirmation that an item photomatches to specific player image(s) in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching, with information about the matching image(s) included in the ResMatch Certification.
