Agreed upon prices are binding. Payment shall be submitted prior to work by Resolution Photomatching commencing. Clients are obligated to pay the photomatch cost prior to work commencing. If at the completion of the search a conclusive photomatch cannot be made, the client will be refunded the difference between the photomatch cost and the non-match cost that are outlined on the original invoice, unless special circumstances were agreed upon in advance. If additional photomatches are requested by the client, in some circumstances Resolution may complete the additional photomatches prior to receiving payment for them from the client. If the client has requested additional photomatches in writing, and additional photomatches are made by Resolution, the client will be obligated to pay for the additional photomatches.
Payment shall be made directly through PayPal or by credit card using PayPal’s credit card processor. In some situations a check may be accepted as an alternate form of payment, but must be explicitly approved by Resolution Photomatching.
The “Photomatch Price” shall be charged if in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching a conclusive photomatch is made. This price will include Resolution’s Letter of Photomatch. The “Non-Match Price” shall be charged if in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching a conclusive photomatch could not be made. A “Full Photomatch” is defined as including a side-by-side photomatch image. A “Visual Photomatch” is defined as not including a side-by-side photomatch, but alternately as a visual confirmation that an item photomatches to specific player image(s) in the opinion of Resolution Photomatching, with information about the matching image(s) included in the Letter of Photomatch.
